To guarantee safe internet transactions we use RSA® encryption, supported by both Netscape® and Microsoft®.

Key to Safety

Our server and your computer each provide one key for locking and unlocking the data. Outsiders can't access data without both keys.

Facts to Consider

Remember, it is far easier in a normal retail situation, whether by phone or in person, to have your number copied down, than for someone to steal the number on the internet.

Your liability is zero if you report unknown items to your card provider within 30 days of getting your bill. (If your card is lost or stolen you must report it immediately.)

Options

FAX:
If you prefer, we provide an option to fax your order to us. Our fax number is 773-561-3955 and is available to you 24 hours per day. Add items to your shopping cart as usual and when you are ready to check out, click on "check out now", choose "order by credit card using fax". When you submit your order the program will return a page suitable for printing (instead of sending your transaction over the internet). Print out the form, note the fax number, and fax it in to us!

RETAIL STORE HOURS:

  • Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.;
  • Saturday: 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;

MAIL:
Add items to your shopping cart as usual and when you are ready to check out, click on "check out now", choose "order by credit card through Postal Mail". When you submit your order the program will return a page suitable for printing (instead of sending your transaction over the internet).

Please note if you pay for your order with a personal check instead of a credit card your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This process usually takes 10 business days.
