● Our customers accept full responsibility for the handling of products once they leave the store. These products may not be returned or exchanged after having left our store.
● All of our cakes cake slices, and similar items require refrigeration.
● We regret that due to in-store customer demand, we are unable to take phone orders to hold store cakes after 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
● During certain months, due to availability of fresh strawberries and other fruits, applying a surcharge may be necessary.
● We do not accept personal checks.
● Any product that may fall short of your expectations is eligible for a store credit when returned with the following: Our product & our register receipt for the purchase
● We do not extend cash refunds.
