Store Policies

Our customers accept full responsibility for the handling of products once they leave the store. These products may not be returned or exchanged after having left our store.
All of our cakes cake slices, and similar items require refrigeration.
We regret that due to in-store customer demand, we are unable to take phone orders to hold store cakes after 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
During certain months, due to availability of fresh strawberries and other fruits, applying a surcharge may be necessary.
We do not accept personal checks.
Any product that may fall short of your expectations is eligible for a store credit when returned with the following: Our product & our register receipt for the purchase
We do not extend cash refunds.
